We're a little different from normal energy retailers, we'll send you a bill on a weekly basis. This will provide you with an opportunity to closely monitor your energy consumption and, if you need to, adjust your behaviour during the month. Enabling you to avoid Bill Shock!
We offer two payment methods - Direct Debit using your bank account, you can also complete an automated payment from your Debit, or Credit card making it easy to stay on track.
If you'd like to pay by Direct Debit using your bank account then we'll need your bank account details and your authority to process your weekly payment.
If you'd prefer to pay via an automated payment using a Debit, or Credit Card then we'll need your card number. An additional 1.5% transaction fee is charged on all card payments. This represents the additional costs that energyclubnz is charged for these payment processes.
