You will receive your weekly statement to the email registered on your energyclubnz account. Please make sure that you update your email address if it changes. This email should arrive on the same day each week.
The email will detail your usage and charges, up to midnight the day before you have been billed. On this email will be your account balance, your automatic payment date and a detailed pdf bill if required.
Don't worry the payment date will be two business days after we email you your bill so you will have plenty of time to transfer money into your account if needed.
Our customers like weekly billing as it helps them to budget throughout the month and to better understand what is driving their weekly usage.
Your payment will be processed automatically from either your bank account, or credit/debit card. You will have chosen this during the sign-up process.
Don't forget if you're paying by credit/debit card you will incur an additional fee of 1.5% per transaction. Unfortunately, this is the additional costs that we have to pay to the banks and credit card companies to provide this service. For the avid points collectors out there, or those people who prefer to pay by card, it may be worth it.
