From time to time, you may need to update your payment details. You can follow the instructions below to get your payment details updated.
Direct Debit from Bank Account
We recommend Bank Account Direct Debit payments because there is no processing fee.
- To get your Direct Debit details updated please email email@example.com
Credit card payments attract a 1.5% processing fee.
- Open the energyclubnz my account app on your iOS or Android device
- Go to the 'Make a Payment' option
- Enter a payment amount of at least $10 or more on your account (this will count toward your next invoice if you haven't got any outstanding balance) and make sure you leave the option selected to save the payment details for future payments.
- Complete the payment by filling out your Credit Card details in the secure payment portal.
Note: For our customers' security we do not accept credit card detail updates via email.
